a new Saturday yoga class is formulated for revitalisation to provide an energy bounce for the weekend.
simple asana sequence including Surya Namaskara (salute to the sun) .
systematic development of lying pranayama and Yoga Nidra.
some experience and current physical capacity with yoga is required. Some elements may not be suitable for all, however, all practices will be developed with care and alternatives given if needed.
* Note in November, on Saturday 1, 8 and 15 only, classes times will change and will run at 9-10am AEDT. The class practices may also change slightly during this time.
This class is only available as part of Community Membership this term.
