45min asana and pranayama
This is a dynamic and energising short class of asana and pranayama.
It is designed to support and develop an ongoing personal practice (sadhana).
Fresh recordings each week are available to support your own practice at home in between live weekly classes on zoom.
During term 4 this class starts on October 13. It will not be running from Oct 28 until recommencing on Nov 24. Available all other weeks as part of a Community Plan
