This weekly zoom class for experienced practitioners works with aspects of awareness, attitudes and qualities. It includes a range of progressive asana, pranayama and meditation.
During term 4 this class is only available as part of Community membership plans.
Begins October 14 with a break from October 28, resuming November 25 until December 9.
