How can there be wholeness without truth?
About the day
Monday January 26 - day program of yoga classes, film screenings, reflection, with short talk and discussion
In Australia, 26 January can be a day of respect and acknowledgement, including of injustice, of First Nations peoples.
Yoga is often thought of as a specific type of practice, for example, physical asana or perhaps meditation, yet yoga is most effective when the different aspects of yoga come together as a means to uncover the experience of truth, of seeing things as they truly are. Only then is an integrated whole possible, to find balance as an individual, and, ultimately, to live within a balanced lifestyle and culture.
