About Essence of Meditation - observation and awareness

This four week course commences with a morning class on Saturday July 20.

Self observation and heightened awareness are incrementally opened up as tools for insight, perspective and self-understanding.

The course will foster skills observation of sensory awareness and patterns of thought, utilising the meditation known as Antar Mouna (inner silence). This and other techniques help manage unruly habits and patterns of thinking. 

The classes and included talks will foster deepening awareness with support to build self-perception in yoga practice and in daily life.

Simple accessible practices looked at with a fresh approach - all about sadhana - building and maintaining one's own regular personal practice.

Timetable

Saturday 7.15-8.30am AEST – ESSENCE OF MEDITATION CLASS – Practical class including asana, pranayama and meditation with a focus on meditative experience, essential to attend live most weeks, with recordings available.

Saturday 11.30 - 12pm AEST – SHORT TALK and meditation on the topic, live online, also recorded for viewing at your convenience.
