NEW DATE: Sunday September 6
This is a special day program exploring supports in yoga sadhana. The day itself is a support, an opportunity to refresh and deepen your practice.
During the day we will be exploring six qualities that foster engagement and momentum in yoga sadhana. Turn aspiration into practical incremental changes to sustain your yoga sadhana and life. There are two verses that precede the Yama and Niyama from Hatha Yoga Pradipika:
"Enthusiasm, courage, patience, understanding, conviction, and discernment, are the six that bring accomplishment in yoga." HYPP ch1, verse 16
These six qualities will be the subject of the workshop, including close exploration of the intent and practical application of each quality in a short talk, a shared discussion and personal reflective tasks. There will be tips on how to work these qualities into your yoga routine, helping sustain and deepen your yoga experience. The qualities will be entwined in the themes of the classes on the day.
Everyone welcome
We are happy to discuss any questions you may have.
