This course is built around a series of yoga classes, short talks and discussions over two weeks.
The emphasis is on learning through doing, heightening awareness and reflecting while acting, both in the practical classes and in daily life.

The focus will be on utilising yoga to create a holistic balance in body, breath and mind.
Many elements of this course will relate directly to fundamental Hatha Yoga practices and principles. You may be familiar with some elements of Hatha Yoga. This course is presented in a way that will bring fresh insight and new possibilities for integrating yoga into life.
Practices, themes and topics will be presented in a light and straightforward practical way that is directly applicable in the lives of most people people, no matter how busy you are!
