Some months you may come more or less, and the range of classes we offer will also vary from month to month with short breaks between terms, and a complete break over Christmas.

All classes feature holistic approach to yoga from the Satyananda Yoga tradition. This includes asana such as pawanmuktasana as well as a range of different asanas to create a variety of movements for the body and spine. There is an emphasis on developing breath capacity in pranayama suitable for general community classes Classes will typically include yoga nidra, and/or short meditations.
